With a designer managing your project, you can have peace of mind knowing that everything is being taken care of efficiently and effectively.

Spending a full or half day with you to shop for new items for your home, either by visiting local resources or sourcing items online - and sharing with you where to place the items upon arrival. A bonus option is to schedule a return visit in order to style and stage the items purchased when they are delivered.
Another option is to spend the half or full day in your home re-arranging and re-imagining your space(s) with you..

The Process
1. Initial Complimentary Consultation (20 minutes)
a. Meeting with the client over the phone to discuss their needs, style preferences/design styles, and a comfortable budget for the project.
b. Reviewing client-provided photos.
c. Providing client with information on services and pricing packages.
2. Design Plan Proposal (2 hour consultation)
Whether your project is a renovation, new build or redecoration this step is key ensuring your design dreams are conveyed to the Designer. The consultation is an opportunity for us to offer design ideas and suggestions, get to know the scope of your project, and an opportunity to answer any questions you may have. It’s important that all members involved in the project have an opportunity to express their views (even the kids). This stage will allow us to create a detailed design plan (the next step).
a. Upon completion of this consultation, the client will be provided with a detailed design plan that include (where applicable):
- Mood board
- Floor plan (including reflected ceiling plans, detailed plans (2D/ 3D), elevations)
- Color palette
- Furniture and decor recommendations
- Estimate of project cost
b. Review and discuss design options with the client.
c. Revise the plan as needed (up to 2 revisions included) until client approves the final design.
3. Procurement and Installation
There is a lot that is involved in the design process and we are happy to take on the project from start to finish. For some people this process is daunting and hiring a designer takes a lot of pressure and time away from our clients to create the space they dream of.
a. Sourcing and ordering furniture and decor items.
b. Coordinating contractors for installations, if necessary.
c. Supervising deliveries and installations to ensure the project is completed on time and according to the design plan.
4. Follow-up
a. Checking in with the client to ensure satisfaction with the completed project.
b. Providing recommendations for future updates and maintenance to ensure the longevity of the design.
Throughout the process, the designer will maintain open and clear communication with the client, providing updates and addressing any concerns or questions that arise.
